Morongo Valley Fire Department

The Morongo Valley Fire Department is an all-risk agency providing ALS emergency medical services as well as fire suppression to the community of Morongo Valley, and the surrounding areas. The Morongo Valley Fire Department covers an area of approximately 32 square miles and serves an unofficial population estimated at around 5,000. It is governed by a locally elected 5 person Community Service District Board. The staffing of the Department is provided by a Fire Chief and Fire Captains who supervise a staff of full-time Engineers and Firefighter Paramedics as well as firefighters / EMTs.
