The status of the Apple fire has not changed much concerning Morongo Valley. Information from the Incident Management Team (IMT) is released slowly and in most respects general.
Morongo Valley is NOT under any warnings or evacuation precaution as of the time of this information post. Additional information and requested actions will be updated in the thread as it becomes available and published.
MORONGO VALLEY RESIDENTS: The MVFD is highly suggesting all residents start now preparing your property, animals, family, and must needed articles (documents, medicine, cars, etc.) to be made ready incase an evacuation order is issued.
Special consideration should be given to people with medical concerns, mobility, and specific needs (such as oxygen generators, required energized medical machines, etc.) to be relocated when possible given enough time to take place.
